30-Day Return Window
Machines LLC accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-built or special-order equipment
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Products missing original parts or accessories
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@machinesllc.shop with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
