Warranty Coverage

Machines LLC proudly provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible equipment, beginning on the original delivery date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, operation, and maintenance.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of major mechanical components under normal operating conditions
• Defective factory-installed parts
• Replacement parts required due to covered defects

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Routine maintenance and service items
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Accidental damage, collision, fire, flooding, or natural disasters
• Consumable items such as filters, belts, hoses, fluids, and batteries unless otherwise specified

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@machinesllc.shop and include your order number, product serial number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos when applicable.

Remedy

At our sole discretion, Machines LLC will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for any component found to be defective under this warranty. Labor charges may vary depending on the nature and location of the repair.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Machines LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product
